Two goals in 45 minutes of work, doubling his tally for the season and his Chelsea career, and helping us reach the semifinals of this competition once again. It may have been only third division opposition, but they all count … and something to build on for the big games coming up over the festive period.
Neto continues to be an impactful player this season, scoring his team-leading sixth goal of the season, which proved to be the winning goal after we let Cardiff back into the game.
