ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A former Atlanta Hawks executive accused of defrauding the team out of millions of dollars has agreed to take a plea deal.

Lester Jones was the Hawks’ former senior vice president of financial planning. He was accused of using the team’s credit card for $3.8 million in personal expenses, including a Porsche, Louis Vuitton products and jewelry.
Jones agreed to plead guilty to wire fraud this week. He will be sentenced in March.
