The Celtics have two rotation players listed on their injury report ahead of their 7 p.m. Friday game against the Heat at TD Garden. Sam Hauser (left ankle sprain) and Josh Minott (low back spasm) are probable for Friday’s game. Jayson Tatum remains out with his Achilles rehab.

Hauser sprained his left ankle in Monday’s loss to the Pistons in the first half, forcing him to miss the rest of the night. The probable designation is a plus that it isn’t a long-term injury. Minott’s low back spasm is also new, though it also doesn’t sound too serious.

The Celtics have cooled during this extended stretch without many games due to the NBA Cup scheduling. They lost both games added to their schedule, falling to the Bucks on the road then at home against the Pistons. But they’re still 15-11, good for fourth place in a jam-packed East.

The Heat will also be on the second game of a back-to-back as they face the Nets in Brooklyn on Thursday. Miami brings in a 14-12 record as it has a top-10 net rating in the league. It’ll be a big game for both teams considering it could matter in the standings come April.
