All tickets for this game will be Print-at-Home (PDFs) fulfilled directly by Internazionale; each ticket will be emailed individually to the lead client member. Please ensure that your email address is up to date. The name of each person attending this match will also be written on every ticket.

Details for all travelling supporters will be required for each seat when making a booking. Supporters will be asked to enter the name, DOB, nationality, and passport number for all seats within the booking.
Your booking will be live via this [link](https://appserv.arsenal.co.uk/europe-away/) approximately one hour after purchase, asking for details of all the travelling supporters in the group. All information must be entered correctly and once submitted, you will not be able to edit these details. Any bookings that do not have the travelling supporter details submitted within 48 hours, will not be fulfilled.
Tickets must be used by the member assigned to the booking and must not be handed over to another individual. All tickets will be checked at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza against the personal identity of the holder by Inter Milan. Supporters must supply their physical passports for such checks, and copies or other forms of ID will not be accepted in any form. Any tickets found to not be in possession of the named holders will be refused entry and the membership/s assigned to the seats may be suspended as a result
Ticket collections will continue to be enforced as part of our ongoing efforts to ensure that genuine Arsenal supporters are using these tickets. Any supporter who purchases a ticket for this match will be sent an email in advance of the date of the game with all the relevant ticket collection details if their ticket is selected for collection, and all other tickets will be issued as Print-at-Home (PDFs).
We ask that you purchase a ticket only if you are planning to attend the match. Our goal is to ensure that as many supporters as possible have the chance to attend this game, and that our away support remains vibrant and passionate.
When attending away fixtures, please ensure that your match ticket is scanned. It is your responsibility to make sure that your ticket is scanned correctly at the turnstile.

Arsenal monitors away match attendance from access control data which is recorded at the hosting club’s ground. Arsenal receives this information directly from the hosting club and uses the data to confirm attendance or to deduct away match points.
Please be aware that documentation will not be accepted to prove away match attendance and this includes photographs, receipts, travel, or hotel bookings.
If you fail to scan your away match ticket, Arsenal will not receive information that you attended the fixture, and the away match loyalty point that has been credited to your membership account will be removed for the relevant away game.
The club also reserves the right to implement further away point removals for repeated occurrences as set out under section 3.8 of the Arsenal Away Match Ticket Terms and Conditions Season 2025-2026.
