Both of Olivia Smith's Women's Super League goals this month have been nominated for the Barclays Goal of the Month award for December, while Katie McCabe's brilliant strike against Everton has also made the shortlist.
Olivia started the month off in style with a fine long-range strike against Liverpool at Emirates Stadium. Our winger danced her way past two Reds defenders, before lashing the ball into the bottom corner from 25 yards to give us the lead against her former side.
Katie opened her account for the season in style against Everton just one week later when she latched onto a loose ball on the edge of the penalty area and fired a dipping first-time volley into the far corner, a strike worthy of being our first goal at Goodison Park.
In the second half on Merseyside, Olivia netted her second goal of the month contender in the space of seven days, firing a powerful volley into the bottom corner to secure a 3-1 win, in which Honoka Hayashi's strike for the Toffees also made the shortlist.
You can vote here for our nominees as our Gunners look to take home the award for the second time this season, after Olivia's incredible strike in our 4-1 win over London City Lionesses on the opening weekend of the season won September's prize.
Voting will close at 11am on Monday, December 22, with the winner announced on Thursday, January 8.
