TEAMtalk claim that City’s scouting team have been “raving” about him, while Chelsea’s recruitment department also deem him a “special” talent.
Why Pavlovic is unlikely to make the switch to Man City
It is not the first time that the 21-year-old has been linked with a move to the Etihad Stadium in recent months, but the chances of a transfer happening look rather slim at the moment.
Bayern have no intention of letting Pavlovic leave, as things stand, while the player himself has not given any indication that he wants to depart the Allianz Arena either.

Finding a replacement for Rodri has become more pressing simply because of the Spaniard’s continued injury problems. He has made just 8 appearances in all competitions this season due to muscular issues.
Asked for a fitness update ahead of the West Ham fixture in his pre-match press conference, manager Pep Guardiola said:
“We have a game tomorrow, and after, we have five days before Nottingham, Sunderland. Nottingham, Sunderland, maybe a few of them will start to be back. But tomorrow, no.”
In addition to Rodri, the likes of Jeremy Doku, Oscar Bobb, John Stones and Mateo Kovacic are also on the treatment table.
