Arne Slot will welcome two defenders back into his squad for the trip to Tottenham, but he is without at least seven for the Premier League fixture.
Liverpool enjoyed a rare week between games, especially unheard of during this time of year, in the lead-up to their trip to north London.
It has afforded extra time for players to bounce back from knocks and niggles, but the Reds are still to be without several first-team faces for the 5.30pm (GMT) kick-off.
Here is who is, and who is not available vs. Tottenham:
The good news is that Liverpool’s right-back ranks have received a boost, with Bradley back from suspension and Frimpong fit to return to the squad.
The latter has missed the last 12 matches with a hamstring injury and his return is timely after Gomez was forced off against Brighton with a muscle injury of his own.
As for Szoboszlai, he trained on Thursday after an ankle injury last time out, but had to prove his fitness on Friday to be in contention to start.
“If he can fulfil the whole training session, and then you speak to the player and to the medical staff, if the player feels comfortable to play and he did all the things he had to do, then he will start,” Slot explained.
“But Dom has been a starter for me and he would be a starter tomorrow if he’s completely fit.”
Szoboszlai has started all but two of Liverpool’s 24 games to date, missing only the two League Cup fixtures.
Salah, of course, is away with Egypt for the Africa Cup of Nations, while there was “promising” news on Gakpo.
The Dutchman has missed the last two games and Slot explained that a scan has suggested he “might come back a bit earlier than expected,” but he is ruled out against Tottenham and Wolves.
There was no new update on Endo, but he too remains sidelined, and that means a third goalkeeper could be added to the bench, or an academy player.
