LeBron James reacted to Chris Paul’s Clippers exit, saying there’s nothing he can comment on and that it’s none of his business.
The NBA was in shock when news broke that the Los Angeles Clippers are sending home their franchise’s all-time top player, Chris Paul.

This also had to come as a shock to one of Paul’s closest friends in the NBA, Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James, who, after an 88–103 loss to the Clippers on Saturday, was asked about Chris Paul’s abrupt exit from the team.
LeBron said he hasn’t talked to Paul since his exit and gave a laconic answer when asked whether the decision surprised him.
“It’s not for me to comment on, to be honest. It’s none of my business,” LeBron said postgame via Dave McMenamin.
Paul signed a one-year, $3.6 million deal with the Clippers this offseason and had announced that he will be retiring after this season.
This season, Paul averaged 14.3 minutes, 2.9 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 3.3 assists per game in 16 appearances with the Clippers.
Throughout his 21-year NBA career, Paul has career averages of 16.8 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 9.2 assists in 1,370 regular-season appearances.
