Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca’s half-time team talk had a big impact on the Blues during their Premier League clash against Newcastle United.
At 2-0 down and by far the worse of the sides at the break, Reece James and Joao Pedro’s goals rescued a point from St. James’ Park.
Maresca went through all the emotions during the 90 minutes, and picked up a yellow card which will leave him suspended for the upcoming game against Aston Villa.

Maresca committed his future to Chelsea when asked about City interest, however it has become clear he is fed up with being micromanaged from above.
The Blues should be looking to work with the manager rather than against him, and appreciate that they have one of the most promising coaches in world football at the helm in West London.
He delivered two trophies last season, and now is in the top four and Carabao Cup semi-finals already, as well as in the hunt for a top eight place in the Champions League.
