Isak was forced off by the injury and the Liverpool Echo are reporting that the Reds are now awaiting the results of an MRI scan on Monday.

The Echo add that Liverpool are braced for Isak to have sustained significant damage to his lower leg, the club unwilling to speculate further on the severity of the £125m striker's issue.
