Exits at Chelsea during the winter transfer window are very likely, with the likes of Axel Disasi and Raheem Sterling still at the club.
It was recently reported that West Ham United are interested in signing Disasi, so the central defender may have found a way out of Stamford Bridge.
For now, it does not look like Sterling will be going anywhere, as the winger is on a huge contract at Chelsea while his family are thought to be settled in London.
However, one individual who could leave Chelsea alongside Disasi is Filip Jorgensen.

January offers for Filip Jorgensen expected
Jorgensen wants to leave Chelsea in the new year for more game time and could get his wish.
According to TEAMtalk, the Blues are expected to receive offers for the goalkeeper in the January transfer window.
This season, Jorgensen has made just five appearances, with only one of those coming in the Premier League.
Robert Sanchez is Enzo Maresca’s first-choice shot-stopper, and that is unlikely to change in the current campaign.
With the World Cup taking place next summer, Jorgensen may very well need to depart in order to have any chance of being selected by Denmark.

Robert Sanchez on another level compared to Filip Jorgensen
Last season, Jorgensen had a chance to displace Sanchez but could not take his opportunity. This term, there is no possibility of that happening with the form that the Spaniard is in.
Sanchez has been one of the best goalkeepers in the Premier League in the current campaign and showed that during Chelsea’s 2-2 draw with Newcastle United on Saturday.
While Sanchez did concede a couple of goals, he provided an amazing assist for Joao Pedro’s equaliser.

No goalkeeper has kept more clean sheets than Sanchez this season, with the 28-year-old and Arsenal’s David Raya both on nine.
Jorgensen, who joined Chelsea from Villarreal in 2024, cannot compete with Sanchez. At this moment in time, not many goalkeepers in England can.
