The latest Man Utd fixture news and latest after their victory over Aston Villa in the Premier League.
Manchester United sit seventh in the Premier League after they were defeated 2-1 by Aston Villa in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.
Ruben Amorim’s side produced a spirited performance in the absence of seven first-team players at Villa Park, as two stunning strikes from Morgan Rogers cancelled out an equaliser from Matheus Cunha. Leny Yoro and Manuel Ugarte both struggled, but there were positives in the performances from Patrick Dorgu, Matheus Cunha and Mason Mount.
United have a busy few weeks over the festive period as they go in search of European qualification at the end of the campaign. United targeted a top-six finish this season after they finished 15th in the top-flight last time.

Manchester United next five fixtures
Manchester United are back in action when they host Newcastle United in the Premier League on Boxing Day this Friday night. Eddie Howe's side sit 11th in the table after they were held to a 2-2 draw by Chelsea at the weekend.
United then play Wolves in another home match four days later, before they begin the New Year with trips to face the newly-promoted duo Leeds and Burnley. They then host Brighton in the third round of the FA Cup before a return to league action.
Ruben Amorim will hope his side can finish the year on a high and head into 2026 in the top four if possible. A top-five finish should be enough for a Champions League place at the end of the campaign, though there are no guarantees given the Uefa coefficient.
