Regardless of why Dart sucked, it seems pretty clear to me Mara needs to get a new GM in here ASAP and trust that GM to evaluate Dart vs the QBs at the top of the draft. We shouldn’t be locked into this guy if we can draft someone who is demonstrably better.
And frankly the biggest reason for that is not his performance today or this season. It’s that he can’t be trusted to go down or step out of bounds, even after coming back from a concussion.

We play in Minnesota Tuesday and since Dec 13th (the night we played Orlando in Vegas) they’ve had 4 games in 10 days, all at home.
On the other hand, when we play Cleveland at 12pm on Xmas it will be their 3rd game in 3.5 days.

anyways, had this interaction with law enforcement maybe 15 years or so ago that left me feeling pretty violated, it’s stuck with me for a long time…it’s sort of funny, turns out i was the wrong white guy…unfortunately I defaulted to military compliance mode after being detained…further irony, when they finally asked specific questions, after 6 to 8 hours of holding me, it was over in 15 minutes, was threatened first of course before being released…
so important to know your rights…
also important to understand the rights of others…I had just walked out from getting my mail at the condo clubhouse and saw this guy and his wife backing up in to this car behind them…
stunned me, only stuck out my hand like they should stop…they did, guy looked at me, looked back and said something like: they were dangerously close (yeah, it was him backing up though)…
only thing I could think was that they were about to commit a felony…
