Winger Tyrique George is hoping to leave Chelsea on a permanent basis in January.
The 19-year old is getting increasingly frustrated by his lack of first-team opportunities under Enzo Maresca, and believes his development would be best served at another club altogether.
He has featured in four Premier League matches this season, but has the misfortune to play in an area of the pitch where Chelsea are already overstocked.
And should be succeed in getting his wish, there is no shortage of clubs interested in signing him, with Leeds United, Everton, Fulham, Southampton, and Crystal Palace all monitoring his situation, whilst there is also interest from abroad.
He came close to joining Fulham in the summer, with a fee of ₤22 million agreed, only for that deal to collapse at the last minute. Chelsea are likely to regard that as a benchmark for a player that is highly regarded at Stamford Bridge, but faces the same conundrum as many talented young players before him at the club.
