Koloko started this season with the Lakers before being waived to open a roster spot for big man Drew Timme.

The 6-foot-11, 225-pound center re-signed with Los Angeles in the summer after playing 37 games during the 2024–25 season, averaging 2.4 points and 2.5 rebounds in 9.2 minutes per game.
Across his first two NBA seasons with the Lakers and the Toronto Raptors, Koloko appeared in 95 games and made 19 starts, posting career averages of 2.9 points and 2.8 rebounds in 12 minutes per game.
