Official: Real Madrid announce January transfer exit

_1_

La Liga giants Real Madrid have on Tuesday announced an impending departure from the club’s first-team ranks.

This comes amid confirmation that Endrick is primed to depart on loan following the turn of the year.

It has of course long been common knowledge that youngster Endrick was inching towards a mid-season departure from Spain’s capital.

Amid competition from both Kylian Mbappé and Gonzalo García for minutes at centre-forward, the Brazilian has struggled badly to establish himself in the plans of Xabi Alonso.

A temporary move in search of more regular game time had therefore long been lined up by the Real Madrid brass.

And as alluded to above, on Tuesday, precisely as much has been announced.

As per a statement across Los Blancos’ website and social media platforms:

‘Real Madrid CF and Olympique Lyonnais have agreed to the loan of the player Endrick until the end of this season, June 30, 2026.’

> Official Announcement: Endrick.
