Arsenal needed an elongated penalty shoot out to advance to the semi-finals of the Carabao Cup against Crystal Palace this evening.
A late own goal from Maxence Lacroix gave the Gunners the lead, and it looked as if that would be enough, but Marc Guehi scored an injury time equaliser to send the game to penalties.
Both sides were impeccable from the spot until Lacroix’s bad night was compounded with the miss that saw us through.
