Man City may need one or two outgoings before sealing the signature of Bournemouth winger Antoine Semenyo, according to reports.
The Telegraph claim that, while Cityzens are favourites to snap up the Ghanaian international, manager Pep Guardiola has made it clear that he wants to have a smaller squad.
Fans on X have pinpointed several names who could be set for the chopping block during the January transfer window:

People saying Savinho have zero ball knowledge. He has a higher ceiling than Semenyo and you people will find out when he's balling at another club

Bobb is basically the only one. The way Pep has been talking about Savinho, he clearly sees a future for him at City. Marmoush is the only backup striker we've got. So it's Bobb and Ake

Who could Man City sell/loan out?
Supporters have identified some of the leading candidates. Savinho, Oscar Bobb, Nathan Ake and to a lesser extent Omar Marmoush have been linked with leaving the Etihad.
Guardiola is, though, thought to be keen on keeping hold of Marmoush, so the Egyptian is likely to be staying put, while any offer for Savinho would need to be substantial.
A loan exit for Bobb and a permanent departure for Ake are probably on the cards.
Does it put the Semenyo deal in jeopardy?
The short answer is ‘no’. The 25-year-old has already snubbed Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham, as well as signalling that City are his favoured destination.
However, Liverpool could complicate things if they do make a late move for Semenyo. At the moment, though, it appears the Reds are not prepared to enter a bidding war.
As long as City can do a bit of housekeeping, it seems the winger will make the £65m switch next month.
