"It gives us a bit of a challenge!": Opportunity awaits Cherries vs WSL Man City

MANCHESTER City will give the [Cherries](http://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/sport/cherries/clubnews/?ref=au) an opportunity to test themselves against some of the world’s best players when they meet in the FA Cup fourth round in the new year.

Boss Helen Bleazard said it will be good for the team to go into a game as a clear underdog – and they’ll relish that opportunity.

Bleazard had experience as a player at the WSL level, so she knows how tough a test it will be.

Asked on her thoughts on the draw as it was made, Bleazard told the Daily Echo: “Well, I thought, it gives us a bit of a challenge!

“But no, I mean, everyone strives to play these games. I've played against a number of their players and we know their quality and obviously it's one of the first times we'll be an underdog this season.

“And you know what, it's an opportunity for the girls to learn, be in an environment where they're going to play against unbelievable opposition and some of the best players in the world.

“It shows where you can be at those levels. So, yeah, we'll take every opportunity and grasp it.”
