Barcelona wonderkid Lamine Yamal is enjoying his Christmas holidays in Dubai, where he is scheduled to attend the Globe Soccer Awards gala on 28 December.
The 18-year-old prodigy has travelled to the UAE along with his family, while club president Joan Laporta has also made the trip to attend the awards ceremony.
Currently enjoying the mid-season break, Lamine found time to give a Christmas gift in the form of an unforgettable moment to a group of children who were playing a match on one of the city’s beaches.
Accompanied by his close friends, the Barça youngster decided to join a game of beach football in Dubai and showed his quality on the ball, producing skills and dribbles that left the kids on the beach astonished.

The teenage wonderkid also posed for photographs with some of the children, ensuring they would have a lasting memory of a day they are unlikely to forget.
Lamine still has a few more days to rest and recharge in Dubai, with the mid-season break currently underway.
The Barcelona No. 10 is due to return to training with the rest of his teammates on Monday, 29 December, when he will take part in an open session at the Estadi Johan Cruyff, kicking off preparations for the second half of the season.
2025 has been a memorable one for Lamine, as he won a domestic treble with Barcelona, finished second in the Ballon d’Or rankings, bagged the Kopa Trophy, and was named in FIFA The Best Men’s World XI.
So far this season, Lamine has registered nine goals and 11 assists from 20 matches in all competitions. The teenage gem missed a few games due to pubalgia, which has somewhat hindered him at times.
