Despite another great offensive performance from Joel Embiid, the Sixers went cold down the stretch, with Chicago ending the game on a 10-0 run to pull away. The Sixers scored just 17 points in the fourth quarter, with off shooting nights from VJ Edgecombe (4-13, 0-5 from 3), Paul George (just 1-6 inside the arc) and Tyrese Maxey, who also struggled inside, missing nine of his 13 looks inside of the 3-point line. As a team, the Sixers shot just 38% from the field and 11-39 from 3-point range. The Bulls were led by their bench, outscoring the Sixers’ subs 59-12, with Zach Collins (15), Tre Jones (15) and Jalen Smith (12) leading the way.
