Manchester United are considering re-signing James Garner from Everton next month.

Garner, 24, left Old Trafford three years ago after coming through their academy and has become a mainstay for the Toffees.

Now report that United view the midfielder as a cheap alternative to fellow targets Elliot Anderson, Carlos Baleba and Adam Wharton.
