After a goalless first half, Tijjani Reijnders rounded off a superb move with a clinical finish to fire us ahead shortly after the break.
However, the lead lasted just six minutes with Omari Hutchinson levelling for Forest with a first-time finish.
Both sides had chances to win it but it was Rayan Cherki who fired in a late goal as City rounded off the year in fine style.
