Aston Villa right-back Matty Cash will miss the trip to Arsenal on Tuesday night.
The defender received his fifth yellow card of the league campaign in Villa’s match against Chelsea and will therefore serve a one-match suspension.
In the 30th minute, Cash made a late tackle on Alejandro Garnacho before being shown a yellow card by referee Stuart Attwell, possibly for something he said afterwards.
Cash had already been booked in matches against Crystal Palace, Everton, Liverpool, and West Ham.
Boubacar Kamara is the other Villa player currently walking a disciplinary tightrope, having collected four bookings so far.
He must avoid being cautioned against Chelsea and Arsenal before the regulations change after the 19th league game of the campaign.
Players who accumulate 10 yellow cards in Premier League matches up to and including their side’s 32nd fixture will serve a two-match suspension in the competition.
