Liam Gallagher has reportedly splashed out on a stunning £4.25million country mansion in the Cotswolds after the huge success of Oasis’ long-awaited reunion tour.

The Oasis frontman, 53, is said to have invested some of his Live ’25 Tour earnings into the eight-bedroom property, which sits in five acres of Gloucestershire countryside near Cirencester.

The sprawling manor boasts a swimming pool, tennis courts, stables and even a separate two-bedroom cottage. A source told The Sun on Sunday that Liam has been keen to experience country living after performing at sold-out shows for months.

They said: “Liam loves the countryside and the house is the perfect retreat following the mammoth Oasis tour. Liam is also very fond of his rescue dog Buttons so wanted to find a home with plenty of outdoor space. He loves hosting so is looking forward to welcoming friends and family to the home.”

The property was previously owned by Tony Adams, 59, who captained both Arsenal and England during his footballing career and appeared on Strictly Come Dancing in 2022.

Tony reportedly bought the house back in 2002 with his wife, Poppy Teacher, before eventually putting it on the market. Even before this purchase, Liam was no stranger to the Cotswolds.

Last year he rented a nearby mansion with his fiancée Debbie Gwyther for a reported £19,000 a month, and earlier this year it was reported that the singer was actively looking to buy in the area.

The region has been popular with celebrities for a long time, and David Beckham, Simon Cowell and Kate Moss all own homes near to Liam’s new pad.

The singer’s mansion is said to just be a short distance away from the property he previously rented. It is a funny twist that despite being a die-hard Manchester City supporter, Liam now owns the former home of an Arsenal icon, especially as Manchester City and Arsenal are currently battling it out near the top of the Premier League table.

Liam Gallagher’s representatives were contacted by The Mirror and declined to comment. Liam’s move follows a monumental year for Oasis fans. In July, Liam reunited with his brother Noel Gallagher for the band’s first live performances together in 16 years.

The 41-date Live ’25 Tour spanned 13 countries across five continents, and new figures have suggested the comeback shows generated an astonishing £303million.

Unfortunately for Liam, all the money in the world was not enough to keep him healthy over the festive period. Liam recently revealed that he was struck down by norovirus over Christmas, and joked to fans online that he didn’t “remember asking Santa” for the illness.

He admitted he was unwell for days and found himself unable to eat on Christmas Day, but reassured followers that he is now on the mend.

Despite this recent health battle, Liam has credited the recent Oasis tour with saving his life. The singer decided to give up smoking and drinking to protect his vocal cords while performing around the world, and told fans: “Oasis saved my life. It’s about time I sorted my nappa out. I know how much this means to people so stopping drinking and smoking and snorting Gary baldies are sacrifices that needed to be made.”
