La Liga giants Real Madrid have been offered the chance to bring in a member of the midfield ranks at Saudi outfit Al-Hilal for next season.
This comes amid the understanding that Rúben Neves is eyeing a move to the Spanish capital.
Neves is for his part currently due to bring a close to his time on the books of Al-Hilal in the summer of 2026.
As much comes ahead of the expiration of the Portuguese international’s contract terms.
The Al-Hilal brass have put a renewal proposal on the table, but Neves appears to have his heart set on a return to Europe.
Not only that, but the 28-year-old appears to fancy his chances of securing a place at one of the continent’s leading clubs.
As per a report from **[Diario AS](https://as.com/futbol/primera/el-real-madrid-cansado-de-las-subastas-f202512-n/)**, Neves has been offered to the aforementioned Real Madrid through his team of agents.
Florentino Pérez and co, however, have rejected the approach, not viewing Neves as a necessary profile in Xabi Alonso’s squad.
