**Below is ticketing information for our Carabao Cup Semi-Final 1st leg tie against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday, January 14 at 20:00 pm.**
We have received an allocation of 4,058 tickets for this fixture, which will be located in the Shed End Lower and Shed End Upper Tiers.
All tickets for this game will be issued as digital passes and will be sent to each lead client member and must be added to a mobile device prior to arrival at Stamford Bridge. Please ensure that your email address details are up to date.
Tickets will be sent on Thursday, January 8. If you have not received your tickets, by Monday, January 12, please contact our Supporter Services Team on 020 7619 5000 (option 1).
The away section at Stamford Bridge is a designated safe standing area. Physical seats are in place and are accompanied by a rail.
All supporters under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Any supporter under the age of 16 unaccompanied by an adult, will not be allowed entry to the stadium. All supporters regardless of age will require a valid ticket.
We ask that you only purchase a ticket if you are planning to attend the match. Our goal is to ensure that as many supporters as possible have the chance to attend this game, and that our away support remains vibrant and passionate.
When attending away fixtures, please ensure that your match ticket is scanned. It is your responsibility to make sure that your ticket is scanned correctly at the turnstile.
If your match ticket does not scan at the relevant turnstile, or if a steward admits you through another entrance, please ensure that your ticket is scanned before entering the ground.
If you do have access issues on the day of the game, please speak to a steward or seek advice from the hosting club’s ticket office before entering the ground to confirm that your match attendance is recorded.
Arsenal monitors away match attendance from access control data which is recorded at the hosting club’s ground. Arsenal receives this information directly from the hosting club and uses the data to confirm attendance or to deduct away match points.
Please be aware that documentation will not be accepted to prove away match attendance and this includes photographs, receipts, travel or hotel bookings.
If you fail to scan your away match ticket, Arsenal will not receive information that you attended the fixture, and the away match loyalty point that has been credited to your membership account will be removed for the relevant away game.
The club also reserves the right to implement further away point removals for repeated occurrences as set out under section 3.8 of the Arsenal Away Match Ticket Terms and Conditions Season 2025-2026.

Ticket collections will continue to be enforced for this game. Those supporters who have been informed to collect their tickets for this match, will be sent an email in advance of the date of the game with all the relevant ticket collection details if their ticket is selected for collection, and all other tickets will be issued as digital passes.
Supporters collecting duplicate tickets on the day of the fixture, will be required to provide photo ID. The ID must match the name on the assigned ticket and photographs of ID are not valid. Third party ticket collections are also not permitted.
