Arsenal have reportedly made initial contact over a potential move for Club Brugge midfielder Aleksandar Stanković.
Italian outlet L’Interista previously reported that the Gunners had identified the 20-year-old as a potential transfer target.
Now, an update has emerged regarding his future.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Arsenal have made initial contact over a possible deal for Stanković.
It is understood that Tottenham, Bayer Leverkusen and Borussia Dortmund have also made approaches for the midfielder.
Both Arsenal and Tottenham are believed to be prepared to offer up to €40m next summer to secure the Serbia international’s signature.
