Barnes came up short in the Top 20 initial list of the All-Star voting.
Darko Rajakovic simply couldn't believe the lack of All-Star support for Toronto Raptors star Scottie Barnes.
Before the team's 107-106 victory against the Orlando Magic on Monday, the Raptors head coach expressed his disappointment as he called an all-out help from Canada in sending Barnes to Los Angeles next year.
“I’m puzzled and I am very disappointed. We need to get this right. Canada needs to get this right. It starts with us… What he does is what generational players are doing,” he said via TSN’s Josh Lewenberg.
“I have no doubt that Scottie Barnes is an All-Star. He needs to be towards the top of that list of players in the East. Canada, we need to get this fixed, right now.”
