2025 will be a year that is written into the Newcastle United history books forever. It was the year when finally ended their long trophy drought by beating Liverpool 2-1 at Wembley to lift the Carabao Cup, bringing to a end 70 years of domestic hurt.
United have had some incredible highs in the past 12 months, and while there are issues to be addressed as we enter 2026, and difficult times negotiated last summer, there are plenty of reasons for optimsim for the year ahead.
Here, we've picked out one picture to capture each month of the past year - we could have done a whole album for March - as we look back on some of the key moments in another memorable year in the long, proud history of the club. Here's to 2026.
January
