Charlotte Hornets rookie forward Kon Knueppel will most likely return to the court today after missing the last game with an ankle injury.

The 20-year-old is listed as probable for New Year’s Eve’s game against the Golden State Warriors.
Knueppel injured his ankle last Friday in a game against the Orlando Magic when he landed on Desmond Bane’s foot while trying to contest a shot attempt, twisting his right ankle.
Knueppel has been one of the most impressive rookies this season, posting strong numbers throughout his first 31 games.
The 20-year-old forward is averaging 19.3 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game while shooting 42.8% from three-point range for the Hornets.
