Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucksfaced off against the Washington Wizards on Wednesday night for both teams’ final game in 2025.
It was the third time in the 2025-26 NBA season that Milwaukee and Washington battled against each other, and it was also another opportunity for former Bucks star Khris Middleton to play at Fiserv Forum.
Middleton used to play alongside Antetokounmpo, as they even won an NBA championship together in 2021.
Middleton knows just how tough it is to stop the two-time NBA Most Valuable Player, and he witnessed it firsthand once again early in the game.
Antetokounmpo had monster dunk during Wizards game
When Antetokounmpo suddenly found himself being covered by the much smaller Bilal Coulibaly at the post, the future Basketball Hall of Famer immediately took advantage of the mismatch.
Coulibaly barely showed any resistance against Antetokounmpo, who made a quick move before authoritatively throwing it down with two hands.
Middleton could have stepped in as the last line of defense for the Wizards, but decided not to challenge Antetokounmpo, perhaps realizing he wouldn’t be able to stop his former teammate that close to the basket.
“The Greek Freak” angrily flexed after his dunk, as Middleton looked on.

However, it was Middleton and the Wizards who had the last laugh.
CJ McCollum came through in the clutch for Washington, whichcame away with a 114-113 victory.
Antetokounmpo led Milwaukee with 33 points, while Alex Sarr and Carrington paced the Wizards with 20 points apiece. Middleton had zero points on 0/6 shooting, but he had six assists and three rebounds – and a win.
