A versatile prospect who has progressed through the ranks at Hale End since joining from Ryan FC when he was very young, Odaji-Ukueku will hope to be part of Arsenal’s scholarship intake for next season.
In February last year Odaji-Ukueku made his debut for Arsenal U18s when he was still technically an U15 player as he started against West Bromwich Albion.
Odaji-Ukueku is also capable of playing in midfield and when deployed in that position he often plays incisive passes.
Like most players at Hale End, Odaji-Ukueku is excellent technically. In addition, he is capable of reacting quickly to danger and can make important interceptions.
Odaji-Ukueku was part of the Arsenal U16 squad that won the Premier League National Tournament at that level earlier this season.
He was also involved in a training session with the Arsenal first-team squad in September last year. (Via the Talent Hunter)
Odaji-Ukueku will look to finish this season strongly and will subsequently hope to be a full-time member of the Arsenal U18 squad.
