Seven wins across eight matches saw us end December top of the Premier League and Champions League tables as well as move into the semi-finals of the Carabao Cup, and you can now vote for the outstanding performer with our Player of the Month award.
Victories over Brentford, Club Brugge, Wolves, Brighton, Everton, Aston Villa and a penalty shootout win over Crystal Palace means it was a successful month for Mikel Arteta's side, and there were some sensational performances to boot.
We've picked our four of the very best candidates for you to choose from - so get voting before time is up and have your say on who should be our latest men's Player of the Month!
Declan Rice
Another dominant month from our midfield commander, Declan featured in seven of our eight December matches.
His month also saw him deployed at right-back in our 2-1 victory over Brighton & Hove Albion on December 27. Our England international covered the ground superbly and even popped up with an assist as his corner was diverted home by Georginio Rutter to help us on the way to three points at Emirates Stadium.

David Raya
Our Spanish shot-stopper picked up three clean sheets across December, making telling contributions across the month.
As well as his shutouts against Brentford, Club Brugge and Everton, David made a host of remarkable stops, including denying Yankuba Minteh an equaliser with a fingertip save in our 2-1 victory over Brighton. David also showed off his reflexes to deny John McGinn a certain goal from close range in our 4-1 triumph over Aston Villa.

Leandro Trossard
Leandro netted twice against Aston Villa in December, cementing his place as our top goalscorer for the whole of 2025.
Leo poked home in our 2-1 loss at Villa Park before avenging that defeat in our final game of the year, netting our third and setting up Gabriel Jesus for our fourth of the evening as he ended 2025 as our leading goalscorer and assister in the league during the 12 months.
Martin Zubimendi
Martin featured in all but one of our games in December, and ended the month by picking up his third goal since joining us from Real Sociedad in the summer.
Zubi latched onto Martin Odegaard's inch-perfect pass to poke past Emiliano Martinez in our 4-1 victory over Aston Villa, and on top of that, he also recorded two assists, both to Noni Madueke, in our 3-0 win against Club Brugge in Belgium.
