Arsenal are eyeing a move Juventus star Kenan Yildiz after passing on a move to sign Antoine Semenyo this month, according to the Daily Mail.
The Gunners have had a remarkable campaign and currently sit top of the Premier League and Champions League tables, with Mikel Arteta considered to have one of the strongest squads in Europe at his disposal.
But the north London outfit are not looking to rest on their laurels heading into the new year, and after deciding against competing for Bournemouth star Semenyo's signature, they are eyeing a move for a different forward instead.

Yildiz, who has been tipped to be a future Ballon d'Or winner by former Man Utd striker Giuseppe Rossi, has grown from a prospect to a key player in Turin over the last 18 months.
The Turkey international, however, is currently in talks to renew his contract with Juventus to reflect that, but there has been an impasse in negotiations and that has alerted several top clubs across the continent to a potential transfer opportunity.
Arsenal are among the clubs keen, and they have kept the 20-year-old sensation high up on their list of transfer targets. It's believed that could be one of the reasons why they opted to snub a move for Semenyo, who is set to join Manchester City in a deal worth £65m in the coming days.
The Gunners have already strengthened their attack this season with the additions of Noni Madueke, Viktor Gyokeres and Eberechi Eze, but there are long-term doubts over the futures of Gabriel Jesus and Gabriel Martinelli, which could open up a spot for a new forward to come in.
Yildiz Would Be a Gamechanger
Mikel Arteta
While Arsenal's squad is already unbelievable, there is always room for a player who can win a game on his own, and Yildiz falls straight into the bracket of talent.
Able to play from the left or down the middle, he would provide great versatility and allow Eze to move into his more preferred central role, while also providing a real goal and creativity threat in the process.
It's unclear how much a deal would cost, but Arsenal have never been afraid to spend big if they feel the player fits their needs and squad, and Yildiz being a gamechanging signing would undoubtedly mean they're open to splashing the cash if it means bolstering their side.
