According to Pistons reporter Omari Sankofa of the Detroit Free Press, Jalen Duren will be re-evaluated in one week after being sidelined with a right ankle sprain.
Duren rolled his ankle in the final minutes of the first half of their last game against the Miami Heat. He rejoined the Pistons in the second half but only played three minutes, as the team announced he wouldn’t be available to return.
Duren is averaging career-best numbers of 17.9 points and 10.6 rebounds in 31 games this season.
The East-leading Pistons (25–9) have now lost three of their last four games and will look to regroup on Sunday against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
