Arsenal picked up a fifth-straight Premier League win after a 3-2 victory over Bournemouth on the road yesterday.
The Cherries did the league double over the Gunners last season, and they were gifted with the opening goal by Gabriel Magalhaes.
Magalhaes managed to make amends with the equaliser. Declan Rice scored a brace in the second half to secure another Arsenal win.
Bournemouth did provide a scare with Junior Kroupi’s late goal, but Arsenal managed to see out the game.
Rice was undoubtedly the man of the match for his second-half brace against Andoni Iraola’s side.
The Englishman took to Instagram to express his delight, and several players praised him
Al-Ahli striker Ivan Toney said that Rice should play upfront on the back of his maiden Premier League brace.
He commented: ‘Get him upfront’.
Meanwhile, Aston Villa right-back Matty Cash simply replied ‘Joke’ after Rice’s standout performance on the road.

Aside from his brace, Rice made eight ball recoveries against the Cherries; only Martin Zubimendi managed more (12).
The Englishman had 80 touches with 49 successful passes. He won four duels, two tackles and made three clearances as well.
It was a brilliant all-round performance from the midfielder, who is undoubtedly enjoying the best phase of his playing career.
He has already made eight goal contributions, and his performances could be key to ending the club’s ongoing trophy drought.
The 26-year-old’s stellar showing has helped Arsenal move six points clear at the top of the table ahead of Unai Emery’s Aston Villa.
They are also seven points in front of Manchester City, who have a game in hand. They face a tricky test against Chelsea at the Etihad Stadium later today.
The Blues are winless in the last 11 meetings against the Cityzens, but there could be a strong reaction after Enzo Maresca’s dismissal from the dug-out.
