During the pregame broadcast in Chicago (Friday), local color commentator Jeff Turner of FanDuel Sports Network Florida said that both Franz Wagner and Moritz Wagner are expected to return within the next week.
Franz has been sidelined since December 7 with a high left ankle sprain, while Moritz is working his way back from an ACL tear he suffered in December 2024.
In 24 appearances this season, Franz is averaging 22.7 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 3.7 assists per game.
The Magic currently sit at 19–16 on the season.
