The Gunners had two bids rejected for Tyjon in the last summer transfer window, but he wants to join them.
The teenage sensation has rejected contract offers from Blackburn and his representatives have informed the Championship club that he wants to leave for a fresh challenge.
Tyjon has made three first-team appearances for Rovers and trains regularly with them, but he will be linking up with the Arsenal youth team if he moves.
However, the ‘fantastic’ England youth international will fancy his chances of breaking into the Gunners first-team and dreams of becoming a Premier League star.
He will need to prove himself in their youth ranks first, and Arsenal will hope he turns out to be a top player going forward given his huge potential.
They have continually strengthened at youth level, and getting Tyjon will be huge as Manchester United have also been linked with the teenage sensation.
