Coby White could make his return after missing the past three games. White was upgraded to questionable on the Bulls injury report ahead of the 7:30 p.m. Monday game against [the Celtics](https://www.masslive.com/celtics/2026/01/boston-celtics-make-history-in-clippers-win-behind-jaylen-brown.html) in Boston. White is listed with right calf injury management, which he hurt against the Timberwolves on Dec. 29.
The Bulls also have a slew of other players listed as out on their injury report: Zach Collins (toe), Noa Essengue (shoulder), Trentyn Flowers (knee) and Josh Giddey (hamstring). On the Celtics’ side, only Jayson Tatum is unavailable as he continues his Achilles rehab.
White has been an important player for the Bulls, averaging 19.2 points, 3.2 rebounds and 4.7 assists through 16 games (14 starts). He’s been a consistent scorer for Chicago over the past three seasons. Giddey has had a great start to the season, but he hurt his hamstring in the same Timberwolves game Dec. 29 and hasn’t played since. Giddey is averaging 19.2 points, 8.9 rebounds and 9.0 assists in 30 games.
The Bulls started 6-1 on the season, but they’ve struggled for the majority of the season. They bring in a 17-18 record into Monday’s game, looking like another play-in team.
