His stat line made him just the fifth player in Magic history aged 21 or younger to record a game with 25 or more points and 10 or more assists. He joins an elite group that includes Tracy McGrady, Paolo Banchero, Victor Oladipo, and Cole Anthony.

Orlando got balanced contributions from multiple players. Desmond Bane led with 31 points, six rebounds, six assists, two steals, and a block. Paolo Banchero added 28 points and 12 rebounds, while Jase Richardson scored 12 with four assists and Tristan da Silva contributed 10 points.
With the win, the Magic improved to 20-16 on the season, holding the sixth spot in the Eastern Conference standings. They are tied with the Miami Heat and just behind the Philadelphia 76ers and Toronto Raptors.
