Aston Villa prediction for next five matches

Aston Villa have some tricky away trips to Crystal Palace, Newcastle United and AFC Bournemouth coming up and will have to be at their best in all of those clashes to get anything. Everton at home will be seen as one that they should win. However, Brentford on 1st February could prove to be a difficult one and they are doing well under Keith Andrews.

Arsenal have got to play Liverpool and Manchester United at the Emirates Stadium which won’t be easy. They face a Nottingham Forest side fighting for their lives, whilst Leeds United and Sunderland are both in good form and are potential banana skins. However, the Gunners will be full of confidence under Mikel Arteta right now.

As for City, they drew 1-1 with Chelsea last time out and will be kicking themselves that they didn’t win after conceding late on. They have tough matches on their travels against Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool coming up. Pep Guardiola’s men should beat Brighton and Hove Albion and Wolves at the Etihad Stadium.

Aston Villa prediction for the next five games

Crystal Palace (A), 2-1 win

Everton (H), 2-0 win

Newcastle United (A), 1-1 draw

Brentford (H), 2-1 win

AFC Bournemouth (A), 2-1 loss
