Kroupi’s strike came just two minutes after he came off the bench, and it was a screamer from 25 yards as he picked the ball up from Cook and let fly, beating Raya brilliantly.
That was his sixth goal of the season after just 510 minutes in the Premier League, an average of a goal every 85 minutes.
In fact, Kroupi is second only to Barcelona’s Lamine Yamal for goals, just one behind, and he has played only half the number of minutes as the Spaniard.

Cook praised both strikers for what they bring to the team, as he told the Daily Echo: “It was a great goal [from Kroupi].
“Obviously he's a great finisher, I think Junior, he's shown that this year. And I think Eva when he's on the pitch, he's a great finisher first and foremost.
“But I think he helps the team loads anyway. The way he presses, the way he builds up play and stuff. So two great guys, two great players, and hopefully we can keep them firing.”
