**Chelsea Women forward Mara Alber will spend the rest of the season on loan at Werder Bremen.**
The 20-year-old joined Chelsea in the summer from TSG Hoffenheim but her match time has been restricted to just a pre-season friendly away to Ajax.
The versatile forward is a regular for the Germany Under-23 national team and now returns to her country to gain playing time in the Frauen-Bundesliga.
