The good news for the Lakers is that star forward LeBron James isn’t listed on the official injury report for the contest, indicating that he’ll be good to go for the matchup, which is the first night of a back-to-back for the Lakers, as they also play the Spurs in San Antonio on Wednesday night.
James’ early-season injury issues seem to be behind him. After missing 16 of L.A.’s first 22 games, James has appeared in 11 straight games. The contest against the Pelicans will be the 12th.
On the season, James is averaging 21.2 points, 6.7 assists and 5.2 rebounds in 33.4 minutes per performance.
