Cleveland struggled for most of the game and trailed 93-84 after 3 quarters, but rallied in the 4th for a 120-116 win over the Pacers in Indiana.
Darius Garland keyed a late 11-0 run for Cleveland; the Gary, Ind. native led the Cavs with 29 points.
Donovan Mitchell (rest) sat out for Cleveland.
Indiana drops to 6-31 overall and has now lost 13 straight games.
The Cavs now have a 2-game home-and-home series with Minnesota---Thursday in Minneapolis and Saturday in Cleveland.
