It sounds like two former Chelsea managers got fed up of working within the Chelsea project and this is why they are no longer there.
The big news from around the last week or so has all revolved around Enzo Maresca and Chelsea parting ways, with Maresca leaving the club on New Years Day.
EXCLUSIVE! Chelsea in for Ivory Coast international winger!
Liam Rosenior was officially confirmed as the new head coach of Chelsea Football Club yesterday in what was the most obvious appointment ever.
He arrived from Chelsea’s sister club Strasbourg, so there really wasn’t much to do to get him to join Chelsea, with both clubs owned by BlueCo.
Rosenior has now been spotted at Cobham for the first time, and we saw the first images of him there surface late last night.
Many people believe Chelsea have hired him because he’s a yes man and already a part of the BlueCo project and is used to working under these owners and the parameters they set.
Others have not been so happy to work under them

Matt Law has reported on The Telegraph today that both Mauricio Pochettino and Enzo Maresca concluded that they did not want to work inside the parameters of the Chelsea project, which is essentially run by five sporting directors, plus co-controlling owners Behdad Eghbali and Boehly.
It’s far from ideal
I’m sure it will be fine now because Rosenior is used to the project, but if this does fail, where do they turn next?
I don’t think there would be too many managers who would want to work under these conditions right now, especially if they spoke to Maresca of Pochettino about it!
