Chelsea fans have now pretty much turned on the owners of the club, in particular targeting part-owner Behdad Eghbali.
The fans already have a protest organised ahead of the game against Brentford in the Premier League next weekend, but things have gotten even worse for the owners after Chelsea lost 2-1 against Fulham last night to slip down to 8th in the league table.
EXCLUSIVE! The truth about the Chelsea FC project!
Chelsea are now just 5 points away from 15th spot in the Premier League after what has been a worrying run of form, winning just 1 game in their last 9 league matches. It really is a gloomy look right now, and The BBC have highlighted what a tough task new head coach Liam Rosenior has ahead of him to achieve the targets that the club owners have set for him.
And ESPN’s reaction article on the game went in even harder on everyone involved with the club right now and how they believe Rosenior may already regret signing a contract as Chelsea boss!
The owners are in trouble
As well as the planned protest, in the last two games, Chelsea fans have been chanting for their former owner of the club, Roman Abramovich, making their feelings clear.
And last night, things got even worse with the fans directing swear words towards co-owner Behdad Eghbali and telling him to get out of the club, as well as signing this chant in particular – “We don’t care about Clearlake, they don’t care about us, all we care about is Chelsea FC.”

A ‘BlueCo Out’ flag was being held up in the away end before kick-off, but the real audible disquiet from Chelsea’s fans came in the second half. With their team trailing 1-0, the away end was consistently ringing with anti-ownership chants, and that continued after Liam Delap’s equaliser.
