January 8 – Liverpool have added another premium global brand to their commercial portfolio, announcing a long-term partnership with Tommy Hilfiger that signals a further step in the club’s move towards lifestyle and cultural-led collaborations.

The agreement is the American fashion label’s first partnership in club football and will see Tommy Hilfiger styling embedded across Liverpool’s men’s and women’s teams, as well as senior backroom staff.

Rather than operating as a traditional kit or training wear deal, the partnership is focused on off-pitch visibility, storytelling and global reach – an increasingly valuable commercial space for elite clubs.

Under the arrangement, Tommy Hilfiger’s collections will be worn on selected matchdays, during arrivals and across Liverpool-led campaigns throughout the season.

The collaboration will also generate exclusive capsule collections and co-branded ranges, blending the club’s identity with the brand’s established New York-inspired aesthetic. From Liverpool’s perspective, the focus is on extending matchday moments into fashion, retail and digital environments that travel well beyond the stadium.

The partnership launches at a time when Premier League clubs are placing greater emphasis on global lifestyle appeal, particularly in North America and Asia, where fashion and football increasingly intersect. For Tommy Hilfiger, aligning with Liverpool provides access to one of the world’s most internationally recognisable clubs.

The immediate financial terms have not been disclosed.

Ben Latty, chief commercial officer at Liverpool FC, said: “Tommy Hilfiger is a truly iconic name in global fashion, and we’re absolutely delighted to partner with them as they venture into the world of club football for the first time.

“With a long-standing connection to innovative style, and a deep-rooted sense of community, this partnership is a natural fit. This unique collaboration allows us to explore a different side of matchday and the moments around it, while giving supporters another connection point to the people who represent this great club.”

“For my entire career I’ve been inspired by sports icons, stories and uniforms,” said Tommy Hilfiger. “I am drawn to teams with deep fan heritage and value-driven storytelling, and Liverpool Football Club has an unmatched history shaped by its people — their belief, resilience and pride. I’m excited to work with the players and club staff who inspire a global fanbase to dream through their uncompromising pursuit of greatness.”
