Tommy Hilfiger announced as official global partner of Liverpool FC

Tommy Hilfiger has been announced as the official global partner of Liverpool FC, set to include the brand’s seasonal wardrobe of essentials, denim pieces, the ‘New York’ dress casual collection, accessories, footwear and co-branded club capsules.

In what is a first football collaboration for Tommy Hilfiger, Liverpool will showcase curated collections across campaigns, select match days and seasonal storytelling, with bespoke head-to-toe looks for players and key backroom staff.

Tommy Hilfiger, which is part of PVH Corp. along with Calvin Klein, is described as presenting “a bold new expression for the beautiful game”, spanning both the men’s and women’s squads.

A series of exclusive capsules, cultural moments and seasonal campaigns will “bring New York prep heritage together with the spirit of Anfield” (Liverpool’s home ground), though at this point there is no separate collection for fans to buy.

Men’s first team players including club captain Virgil van Dijk, midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai, £116 million club record signing Florian Wirtz, Conor Bradley and Hugo Ekitike, as well as Liverpool FC Women stars Gemma Bonner and Leanne Kiernan, have been photographed in the new collection for the first campaign.

Tommy Hilfiger said: “For my entire career I’ve been inspired by sports icons, stories and uniforms. I am drawn to teams with deep fan heritage and value-driven storytelling, and Liverpool Football Club has an unmatched history shaped by its people — their belief, resilience and pride.

“I’m excited to work with the players and club staff who inspire a global fanbase to dream through their uncompromising pursuit of greatness.”

Ben Latty, Chief Commercial Officer at Liverpool FC, commented: “Tommy Hilfiger is a truly iconic name in global fashion, and we’re absolutely delighted to partner with them as they venture into the world of club football for the first time. With a long-standing connection to innovative style and a deep rooted sense of community, this partnership is a natural fit.

“This unique collaboration allows us to explore a different side of matchday and the moments around it, while giving supporters another connection point to the people who represent this great club.”

Virgil van Dijk added: “As players, we are excited to see the collaboration come to life, bringing together fashion, culture and heritage.”

In addition to the collection, the largest ever Tommy Hilfiger flag has been produced, to be unfurled across the hallowed Anfield turf showcasing a co-branded logo. It will then be donated to the Silly Goose Foundation, founded by Reagan, an LFC Foundation participant and lifelong Liverpool fan, and will be repurposed into themed pieces that will be auctioned to raise funds for the charity.
